Effective July 6, 2026
Video to GIF is developed and published by POCKET IMPLEMENTATION S.R.L. This policy describes how the app handles your information — which is simple, because it doesn't collect any.
Video to GIF collects no data. None. Everything the app does happens entirely on your device.
Videos you choose are read from your photo library or the Files app, converted to a GIF on your device, and the result is saved or shared only where you tell it to go. The app makes no network connections — your videos, your GIFs, and your settings never leave your iPhone or iPad.
The app's App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected, and this policy is the binding description of that practice.
The app keeps your conversion preferences (like frame rate and size limits) in local settings, and temporary working files while a conversion runs. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
The system video picker shares only the videos you explicitly select — the app never sees your photo library. If you save a finished GIF to Photos, iOS asks for add-only permission, which lets the app add that file and nothing more.
The app's optional feedback button opens your own mail app with a draft that includes basic technical details (app version, iOS version, device model). Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it, and anything you do send is used only to answer you and improve the app — never shared or sold.
The app is suitable for all ages and, since it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Questions: contact@pocketimplementation.com.
